Holding NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care and having completed advanced training alongside the District Nursing Team, Samantha is well-equipped to oversee high standards of care delivery.
Throughout her career, Samantha has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing person-centred, high-quality care to all residents. She is dedicated to promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
Samantha plays a key role in supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, compliance monitoring, and implementation of care plans, always ensuring that policies and procedures are followed rigorously to meet both regulatory requirements and the expectations of families and residents
Amine is the Manager of Evergreens Care Home and is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care and support for all residents. He holds an N.V.Q Level 5 in Adult and Social Care, together with an overseas diploma in medicine, providing him with a strong professional foundation and a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and social aspects of care.
In his role, Amine is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and supported. He places great importance on maintaining dignity, comfort, and wellbeing, while also fostering an atmosphere that is both homely and welcoming. Through open communication and trust, he works closely with residents and their families to ensure confidence and peace of mind in the care provided.
